That road needs some type of paving. I get that. And the money should come from which tax? Raising the currently ridiculously low property tax rate, and making sure the assessments are fair and collections done? So all that's lacking is political will. What can we here as non-citizens do about that? Interfering with the CR political process will bring us nothing but abuse as Gringo meddlers. What do you suggest? When I bring a problem to my Boss without some kind of solution, I invite deep scorn and being ignored. Boo-hoo in vacuo just doesn't get it. |

it may be best off left alone...the less desirable for the masses the more desirable for the locals. However, with the arrival of Tom Brady, Mel Gibson and a few other well healed celebrity types I predict the end is near as we know it...
