Post subject:  Stop the presses

What is going on? Winter blues? No money?
Threads gone wild I do not mind when a subject goes a bit off track.. but
Right now : The Cafe Mundo food review turned gay :roll:
MGs tranny post is now a map class :shock:
A good Newbie trip report is drifting towards a Hotel Pesidente rant :?
Prices in the DR turned into light bulb forum :roll:
Trolls making viedo's :?:
And I do not get my stock market adive from this board :oops:

Dudes and any dudesses,

It isn't always about not having the money to go on some more trips but time also. I love to take 7, 10, 14 day trips etc. but when I get back takes a whole god-damn month to catch up on everything back in USA as well as the time to recover most trips from some bug/germ I got. Twice now back via BOG got some bad crap on the plane. Thought I would of gotten immune after the first trip.

Would love to simplify my life and either downsize my home or upsize slightly to a place closer to the action and tri-rail to MIA and FLL but economics right now just can't sell the house and don't want to risk having to rent out just so I can be closer to the action and Tri-rail. Plus definetely helps to have fixed rate mort. on a relatively lower balance mort. with 25% of payment going toward principle right now, esp. when home value declines by the day. Gaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh. :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

Even with stellar credit hard to get a loan like that even if equity just all vanished and even purchases bought in 2002 go upside down.

Refi quick rates are 4-5 percent aint gonna see that again
