I have had e-mails in the past 10 days from no less than four chicas asking for money to pay their rents. I've known three of the four for a long time and they've never asked for money before, not counting payment for immediate services rendered. The other, a more recent acquaintance with whom I've never sessioned, said she was desperate and grasping at straws and apologized, in advance, for making the request. They all tell me how bad business is. One girl today told me that about noon, there must have been around 200 chicas and not a single hombre with money at the Del Rey bar. I would guess there are some bargains to be had at the usual haunts these days. |

If all this is true, it's time some of them brushed up on their multiplication skills. In fact, two Saturday nights ago, there wasn't a single chica I talked to in the DR/KL who was able to figure out that 5 x 60 = 300 just the same as 3 x 100. Until their skills improve, I'll just keep holding on to my $100 - which can obtain much better return on investment in other venues anyways... |

This RFM is total BS (aren't they all?  ) The rent isn't due for another 2 1/2 weeks and I've never seen 200 women in the HDR at noon on a weekday or broke gringos at the bar.

Guess what, stop asking for cien.....realize the economy all over the globe is in a recession......travel is down....those who are here are watching their budget a little more than previously......and learn learn learn the very complex(I joke) economic principle called supply & demand. Less demand for your services with a larger supply of chicas competing with you means lower your prices, perform better....earn more revenue......Dddddddduuuuuuuhhhhhhh! Not just one chica, they all need to learn this. I was just there 2 weeks ago and yeah business is off for them but they are all still starting at cien. And some not budging and girls with no business asking it. And guys, chicas that were 5-6's asking for cien. They just don't get it. They hey deys of the last couple of years with all the money being indiscriminately thrown around may be over for a very long time. I hope I'm wrong. My last trip I was more budget conscious then ever spending $1400 less than normal. These chicas need to get a grip and understand what's going on. PURA VIDA! |

Okiemike, if I may try to translate at least the important points Green Go was making: 1. The typical rent these ticas are paying is between $45.00 and $85.00 per month, in other words she'll need to bang between 3-7 Costa Rican clients or a couple gringos. near the end of the month, one will encounter many pretty, young tico (Costa Rican) housewives who are eager to make the rent by selling a little love.
