Can anyone tell me if CR still is not excepting 100 bills and 50's that have a certain serial numbe? :?

No problem at banks but some merchants are still not accepting large bills.

There was a sign at the SL last week about certain number 100's & 50's as being unacceptable.

Go to the bank prior and have them give you the new colored 50's, I know that they took them at the SL and other places.

Also make sure that all of the bills they give you are not torn, nor have writing on them.

Also make it a point to not bring 100 dollar bills where the serial number begins with " CB ". There were a bunch of fakes with those serial numbers being floated by Columbians.
