When a man pays $3. mil for a business transaction he doesn't just peel it out of the old money clip. A check would be the norm. She maybe smart enough to insist on a verified bank draft. If the guy writes a check to this San Diego gringa and consumates the transaction they have both committed a crime in the USA. Prostitution. If his check, which was issued for this illegal activity, latter bounces for INSF I don't think he is legaly bound to the written contract (the check) because it looses its capicity due to the fact that all contracts are void if they involve illegal activity. I'm not a lawyer, but I read the UCC code thing a long time ago. Anybody got a pen? |
