Post subject:  Next week?
While this thread has been far more informative than anything in the U.S. media, I am due in SJ on Tuesday and am wondering whether of not it might be wise to either alter my schedule or cancel the trip entirely,

On the day after ... is SJ anywhere near normal? Is the airport functioning? Has la Amistad survived without damage?

SJ is without damage, the airport is functioning and we survived without damage (1 pipe broke outside) the center was near poas volcano.

I disagree with all of the above. Do not come to CR. All you can do is Phuck, drink and be happy. Stay home, no need to venture out and get laid by the beautiful ticas and colombianas. Look at the risk, you might enjoy yourself and have to return. Do not take the chance. Two days into a six day trip and I’m already exhausted. Too much pu*sy and too much fun. You have been warned.

Life's a real bitch ain't it? I could come down next weekend on $220 airfare and phuck nice tight girlz, drink and be happy but then have to come back in 3 days and become depress again. I just don't know if I could handle that again and then would have to suicide myself. I keep thinking strategic so I can come down for good in the not too distant future but just isn't happening right now. Southern Spain sure looks good right now also only if the Euro completely crashes though.

My best bet is to change my home to be withing walking distance of the Tri-rail then that much easier (and cheaper) to train down to FLL or MIA for bi-weekly flights. :D :D :D Now that's an outstanding New Years resolution!!!
