I was at Key Largo last night around 11:00...partially waisted but I swear I head people around me talking about Rod Stewart as though he was in there. Didn't see anything myself but maybe it's true.

OK--I just came back from KL and I DID see "Rod Stewart" there tonight. Let's just say he was a good imitation and I can see why the rumours would fly but definitely NOT the real thing.

As much fun as Brother Ciaociao32001's links were to read, the last one was best for an item under "More Bawdy Urban Legends" about the woman having sex with lobster and then... Y'all have to read it for yourselves--what a hoot!
There was a dude, a minor-league scamster in Corpus Christi TX in the early '70's passing himself off as Peter Cetera of Chicago--did some damage before he was stopped. Did this present joker actually say he was Rod the Mod or was he too modest to admit? Just wondering.
