The DelRey won't take them anymore. You can cash them at the Banco De Costa Rica and pay your Departure tax at the same time. Watch for pick pockets even inside the bank. When bank is closed you can go to the Colonial Casino next to the Blue Marlin. They will cash for you if you gamble a little.
