Dose anyone know about the program? I have noticed that the parking spaces are being numbered south of 2nd Ave. around a lot of the MPs. In front of the Tica bus station. West of Clinica Biblica . Would your car be safe in one of these spots? |

Hmmm... Sounds like they are being prepared for paid parking like many of the other streets in SJ. Did you see a tico hanging around who looked like they might be a parking attendant and not just another vagrant? |

Today I saw many cars being ticketed that were in the numbered spots. |
