Not so much for this trip, but does anyone know if there is a drop laundry close to the SL. The turn around around time?
Thanks

The SL does laundry. You can give it to one of the hotel maids. It will be ready same day most times. The prices aren't that cheap but it's convenient.

Orange,
Do you know of any others? Maybe one that is a little least expensive? Thanks for your help in this matter and all of the others.

There is/was a laundromat near the Presidente, not sure about closer to the SL. Have you done a search for "laundry" or "laundromat"?

Same situation as Brother Rinjin a week earlier though more serious laundry. I was advised by the desk man that 1K was fine. Not to bust stones but as it's free, included service and thus they expect to have to do it, it's a propina not payment for services. It's a warm-hearted danger to be inflating expectations. My dos colones...

I do the same at La Amistad. Since leaving the military, I love my shirts and even blue jeans with heavy starch and without any lines from the hanger. So as soon as I hit my room, I take out all of my clothes and call downstairs to have them ironed and if needed extra starch on it. Same as others, only a tip is required.

I don't know the street but if you go the the Clarion Amon stand in the drive thru facing out the street across the street on the left heading up a hill about half way up the block right past a pay parking lot. Run by a nice tica, turn around is about 2 hours but no pressing. she does fold nicely so I've been very happy and she's very cheap.
Good luck

Just up the street that intersects with Casa Vino is a laundry that does same day wash and dry for a pitance by the pound. Half a block up from Casa Vino which is one block from the Clarion Hotel on the same street in Bario Amon.
