I just found but haven't read yet this dental school paper from Univ. of Penn.

I'm having a tough decision over which way to go and hope the article will help.

I've ruled out the work to C.R., Panama, CO etc. now due to at least two trips required and higher airfares now and since only one problem tooth will end up paying retail here in U.S. this time.

I hope this paper will help others also.

I reviewed this today and actually found some solid info. where I will delay treatment and monitor since no pain in concerned molar.

Amazing how all practicing Dentists I ever met try to fok you and rec. unnecessary surgery that can really set you back financially as well as physically and mentally!!!!!!

The article was from the academic viewpoint which I like much better.
