This is also very interesting, because "bordellos" are completely illegal under C.R. law.

Yes, there are bordello-like businesses (ZB comes to mind), but the way that the business is handled and advertised makes such businesses legal under the law. Splitting fine hairs perhaps, but I don't think it's legal to advertise a business as a bordello or brothel.

Either way they, like so many enterpreneurs in Costa Rica are trying to make too large a profit on what IMHO should be a $100,000.00 business at best.

so my blind friend... what your saying is that this business with the property and liquor license, hotel license, etc.. listed below is only worth $100 grand... that is funny..

how did you come to that conclusion??? so what would you say ZB is worth.. $122 000...
