Post subject:  RFM In Reverse

Today is my son's 6th Birthday. He lives in another country with my daughter. I met their mother at the BM, worlds greatest Bar!. Both young ones have their USA Passport, SSN, Citizenship thanks to me, su padre.

I had to sign documents at the US Embassy confirming I would support my embra y baron. So I am monthly providing a standing order RFM for house, K*ds, private school, food, entertainment, etc.

So I called this AM to wish a Happy Birthday to my son, and the Mama de mi hijo & hija says her family has purchased a $200,000 home for us. They paid cash and are going to assign it to their daughter and to me. Want to know if they send the contracts via UPS/DHL/FedEx will I co-sign them.

With these documents their daughter can come over on a Visa. My K*ds with their daughter come over on their US Passports same as u n me.

So they want to know if I will take the house in their country with their daughter and welcome her and my K*ds in Miami living like a family (hopefully GFE). Is this a sorta of dowery? Should I take their offer? I told the mamita de mis hijos that as she has known for the 10 years we have been amigos with benefits including ch*ld**n juntos that I have K*ds with four other mamas and need the space to maintain those important relations with son and daughters. Not to mention the sex and co-habid with the mothers that me quiero?

Your thoughs please, especially down side discussions...I need to hear the good, and especially the bad and ugly. I thank you and will appreciate your varied comments.

So you are thinking that if your Tica GF is part owner of a $200,000 (I assume house...there seems to be a word missing in your post) that she can get a visa since she has something to come home to CR to?

post has been edited to include missing words.

She and her family say that with the house, my signature, and attending the meeting at the embassy their daughter will get her tourist visa or her H-1.

Your thoughts?

Just like a Florida Election, I did a recount and the new correct total is... 6 offspring...4 mothers... 2 were sisters...

So should I take the house? In addition to the asset, my monthly nut will decrease by at least $700.00. Only exposure is having a woman and K*ds around all the time.

What are the laws regarding common law marriege with a temp visa holder?

Exposure?

I would suggest you find a dependable and reliable lawyer who specializes in marriages/divorces and visas.

I can't unscramble this debacle you've created for yourself but I do have one word of advice: VASECTOMY!

Buena suerte

Whit,

Good plan going forward, but I can't seem to get the tooth paste back in the tube from the life already lived...

What do you think on the house thing? Is there a down side? I don't see it yet...

Actually she and I would become 100% co-owners of a substantial asset with US Passport holding young ones between us. I am a "Born In The USA" citizen with clean record and professional mature career path.

Downsides to taking the deal???

None of us have enough details to spot the downside and we are not experts in this field. You really owe it to yourself to get a professional opinion before you sign anything. If I were you, I would get more than one pro opinion.

"Due diligence!"
