There's still time, although very little, to benefit from the CCF settlement, it only takes a couple of minutes online and could get you $25 to up to 3% of what you charged overseas in about a 10 year period beginnin in February 1996. You are eligible if you made a foreign transaction on at least one of these cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Diners Club) between February 1, 1996 and November 8, 2006.
