10 principles of ergonomics

* work in neutral postures * minimize fatigue and static loads
* reduce excessive force * minimize pressure points
* keep things in easy reach * provide clearance
* work at proper heights * move, exercise and stretch
* reduce excessive motions * maintain a comfortable environment

Now I don't know about item 7, but the rest sound good to me. Whatcha think?
