Here's a novel 
Why not drop the original advertiser ane-mail and ask? As craigslist doesn't proofread, I would suggest without having seen the ad that it may just be a typo. and that the original poster meant to type the standard "NSA: meaning "No Strings Attached." Just a hunch about a haunch.
