T-mobile works in CR. Your roaming is $1.99 a minute. I would not talk too long with that roaming rate.

i was in my room at SL today and my blackberry started ringing and to my amazement it was an incoming call from chicago, i answered and i talked for several min. then i saw that i had voice mail messages waiting, i dialed and retrieved my VM's. i was still amazed, so i tried calling a friend in chicago and had no problem. i have a blackberry curve and T-Mobile is my provider. the curve uses Wi-Fi and have been able to send and receive email at the Pres, the DelRey, the airport and SL. Has something changed with ICE? I wonder what the roaming charges will be. interesting though! |

talk for 50 minutes to the USA or you can go downstairs and pull a colombian out of the blue marlin and have her for an hour. the only problem then is that you will have to come back on this board and tell everyone that you paid 50 t-mobile minutes for a chica. 4 years ago, you could of got that for 30 minutes and a 5 minute propina.. |

I just thought of something, if I want to text someone in the states for free why couldn't I go to a site like http://www.ohdontforget.com/ and text away? Of course they can't respond but... PM me your # Spanky and we'll see if it works, besides I have something I want to say to you

It will be costly, but that is normal. I have Cingular (now ATT) and I had to force a call to make ICE find my phone. Basically dial a CR number which won't go thru, and then my phone would switch to ICE. After that that, I had full cell service. |
