There are a lot of happy campers on Wall Street that Spitzer is gone (while Bush does a jig and Cheney continues his march to Iran), but hopefully this will blow over soon. I'm sick of it. It's disgusting - not the man or the hooker, but the press - and as far as the girl goes, she's about a 7.8 on the Rio scale.

I'm still having a difficult time with the $4300.......The press is right:

There certainly has to be cheaper, lower profile alternatives available....of one sort or the other.

You guys should really stop whining about the $4300. Spitzer is filthy rich. The 80K+ he spend on girls is just a drop in the bucket for him. The money is not an issue for him.

Actually I feel sorry for Spitzer. It must be so humiliating for him. Must be very difficult to face family, friends, people on the street in NYC. And of course his career went down to tubes. The media is making him out to be a monster, when he is just a horny guy like all of us.

He is a fellow monger. Except that he has 100x more money than any of us, he is just like us. This could happen to you in another life. Forget about the money he spent. Let's instead come to his defense. He is the victim. The media and the people and the anti-prostitution people are the bad guys.

You ARE correct in that he's just a fellow monger, BUT with the way he persecuted other mongers and lawbreakers, I have NO compassion for him whatsoever...

Having said that, I don't care HOW much $ he has... 4300 for a date is absolutely absurd...
No pu*sy on earth is worth that kind of money...
