Is it just me, or is this CRT member just a freakin’ powerhouse of information – especially on the “low-end” places ?

I just love reading his posts, and I hope soon to hook up with him and buy him a drink or two and lunch and participate in one of his walking tours. I read his posts, and it is as if I am in CR again.

Thank you BangBang57. Not only are you giving up some really good information, but you present an excellent role model for those of us who expect to grow into our Social Security days in blissful mongerdom.

Thanks for your contributions. I enjoy your posts, and I appreciate your wisdom.

Of course, there are others on this list of appreciation. Who can discount the contribution of RBC 100 and Don Gordo?

You gentlemen and more are the ones who I think might be able to rescue CR. By that, I mean that CR seems to be heading on the same path of the Nevada brothels – no?

By continually opening the doors to these new places with good service and pricing, I think we can keep CR a destination with reasonable pricing for a good time.

So I wish to thank these gentlemen and all the others who help sustain this hobby.

Respectfully –

CCR

Ditto, I missed the walking tour on my trip last week but can't wait to take it when I get back. Now that I'm back home, I'm jonesing for one of those AMPS. Thanks Bangbang. BTW, nice report on Granada.

PURA VIDA!

Yes, many thanks to Bang Bang and all board members. Without this forum, I would have never known about SJ and all its trappings.

Bang Bang, mind if I tag along on a tour in early April?

OK! You guys are embarrassing me  . AND LETS GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE

ET. AL:

There are many who have, over the years, given a wealth of knowledge, information, opinions, insights, and experience: not only to this board, but to the old Costa Rica Sex, the World Sex Guide, Club Hombre and others. Most of what I know and have experienced over the years is a result of being able to read others posts. And for years I was just a reader, not a poster. There are 4 peple who deserve much, much credit.

ADMIN 1: Without him this great board would not exist. The job he has done in a realitively short time in creating, directing, and controlling a board of this type is outstanding. The fact that in just over 4 years we (CRT) have grown to a membership of almost 14000, have almost 200,000 posts, and thousands and thousands of photos is a direct result of the great job he has done. ALL OF US TOGETHER CAN NEVER THANK HIM ENOUGH!!!

GetRhytm: How many of us have read his posts and envied, used his map to find and learn of all the many, many places here; learned from his insight, knowledge and experiences with the Ticas? I know a lot of guys, includng myself, that carry his map in their pocket everytime they are here. MANY MANY THANKS TO GetRhytm!!!!

Don Gordo: Hell what can one say-just the "master". the "head Geru", "THE MAN"! 8). Before most of us even knew of Costa Rica and its pleasures, Don Gordo was WALKING the streets of San Jose in search of new "pleasures", and when found, reporting it. He has forgotten more about the mongering scene in CR than most of us will ever know. He is the originator of the "WALKING TOUR", has his own great map, shares his knowledge, expertice, and experiences with everyone, and is a real gentleman!! AND AGAIN, MANY MANY THANKS To Don Gordo!!!!

RBC10000000!!!: My idol, my mentor, my friend. He is the guy that has, thru his posts, his LISTof massage places and clubs, his openness and willingness to share, brought the LOW and sometimes LOW,LOW rent places to our attention. He is responsible for opening our eyes to the pleasures and outstanding service in places many of us otherwise would never have gone into if not for his info. His list (posted at the beginning of the massage parlor section, and which he is continually up dating) is of immense value, has helped make all of us aware that there are many options besides the Rey, gives us directions when looking for a new place, and keeps us posted on prices, etc. MANY, MANY THANKS MY FRIEND!!!

And as I said earlier, there are hundreds of others who have contributed immearsurable to the knowledge and info available. AND AGAIN, THANKS TO ALL OF THEM!!

As for me: I am just a very very lucky guy who has somehow been able to live his dream. A guy who has learned and experienced a lot form the others, a guy who has; because of this board and the members, been able to develop a lot of friendships with some really great guys, a guy who is lucky enough to be able to live here, visit, and experience all the places, and a guy who has the time and desire to share with others the info I have about what is going on here and what is available.

If you really want to give BangBang something he could use, instead of buying him a drink, bring him a bottle of Rolaids on your next visit, either Cherry or Tropical Fruit flavor, none of that Mint crap.

Thanks for the props guys, but really, I'm no pioneer. The map was really just an expansion on earlier efforts by Witling, Don Gordo and others, and I cobbed all the MP info off of RBC100's thread.

And otherwise, it was just a matter of fortuitous timing, enabling me to take advantage of some great, remarkable scenes: Sportsmen's first year of operation (pre-new wing - will never forget the great times with the Fab Five, the bar dancing, and the original bartending crew), the prime era of ZB from mid '05 to late '06 (prior to hotel room opening - Carol behind the bar, a consistently hot and available lineup and PSE sessions practically guaranteed), the mid-level strip club glory days of Kamur, Pantera Rosa and Le Grillon in 2005, the heyday of "Blond Ambition" at Oasis (the original home of Pamela and Lorena of ZB, Johana of New Fantasy and a hot bunch of other honies, $20/hr and no tip hawking) - and of course, a hell of a great bunch of good fellas from CRT! It was certainly a great training grounds...now - there's other worlds to conquer... :)

Help! I saw BangBang57's long and detailed report on Granada yesterday and now I cant find it.

It was loaded with a lot of great information and I am headed to Granada Friday. Can anyone help me locate it here on CRT. I knew I should have bookmarked it! :(

I have posted 3 times (3 trips) on Nicaland, all of which are in the section on trip reports from around the world. Topic headings were "Nicaland Revisited" which I think is still on the first page; "My second trip to Nicaland" which was back in June?July; and the first "3 days in Nicaland" back in Feb. There are also several other good threads and posts on Nicaragua. Just do a search.
Hope this helps.

Bang Bang,
I've only had 2 trips. Plan on having many more, and retiring there later on. The information and friendship offered by yourself and others is something I'll always appreciate. I've tried following your example when I have met other newbies offering friendship and whatever little information I have gained. Keep up the great work. Hope to see you soon, and participate in many more of you walks. Happy New Years,
