An amigo in Miami told me he picked up two six packs of Imperial (bottled) at his local South Dade Publix this morning. Do not know if any other grocery chain or market stocks it.

Now you can click on the BM webcam and be vicariously quenching your thirst in Costa Rica without leaving home.

It's also available in Publix in the Melbourne area.

Late 2007 I was watching the news on TV from a central Pennsylvania city. They showed coverage from a local sports bar where fans were watching some exceptional sporting event on the big screen TVs. I was very much surprised when they interviewed one fan at the bar, who had an IMPERIAL in front of him.

Unless Publix has changed their policy over the last few years you can request the store manager to bring in any product they stock in their warehouse.

Seeing as how guys have found it in other Publix it must be in the warehouse. Check with the manager of the store in Heron Bay.

Well I just ordered some Imperial from my local PUBLIX as per ID's suggestion. They took my phone number and promised to call me when it arrives. They said maybe a week. Crossing my fingers. :)

Well I can't be sitting at the BM enjoying the panocha parade tonight....BUT!

At least I can sit here in mi casa in South Florida with a cold IMPERIAL in my hand!

PUBLIX was a bust, so I went a local liquor/distributor: MEGA LIQUORS at the Magnolia Shoppes at University and Westview in Coral Springs. Guy said he could get it, and sure enough he did. Muy feliz!

I know some beers destined for export are brewed differently and taste a little different, and my first reaction was I felt this beer didn't have the same malty finish. Anyway close enough!

Hey... we'll order a few cases for the next chapter meeting...

Have tried to get Imperial in Daytona Beach, florida. I "Googled" and found a distributor of Imperial in Daytona but, ALAS, nobody seems to be able to get it. The distribitor does not carry it. I hear there is a distributor in Mimai but that is too far from me.
