I think there is a lot of room for an FKK style club in San Jose. Make it upscale, have lots of nice clean rooms with mirrors, saunas, jaccuzis, maybe even a day spa for men with massage, pedicures, haircuts, etc, a backyard garden even where you can have BBQs and stuff. Maybe a nice large swimming pool with lounge chairs. The weather in San Jose will make this place a year round destination club. The guys get lockers and wear either towels, or robes inside the club.

Here is how the money is made:

Charge an entrance fee of like $20-40 dollars, and have a full bar with overpriced drinks. Free food.

You let the girls come in for free through a secure back door, give em a nice locker room with showers, and a place to securly stash their stuff. Have em go naked or in minimal clothing. And have a set price of say $40 per hour with a guy and the clock drops with penetration. All of the money goes to the girl, cash only, paid directly.

I think that would be within the law as it would be a spa, and sex would be between consenting people, house gains nothing from the encounters.

That would be my business model.

That's right.. a full on PARTY spot! No more bored chicas, and crappy service. This place will have dancing, and contests, great food and beverage, awesome entertainment and non-stop fun for gringos AND the chicas. I'm aware of legalities, so would likely require entrance fee as well as chica fee for those interested in private sessions. I have some cash, and lots of experience opening new businesses. Also lived in CR and know my way around. Any thoughts? Interested partners?

I'm certainly no expert, but my understanding is that most of the night clubs got hit pretty hard a year or two ago by the authorities, which is why they now do not collect "chica fees", but rather just rent rooms for you to do whatever you want with them, and your negotiation is with them. This is compared to a Massage Parlor, which you have to be registered as, which is somewhat different. I don't know the specifics, but before you get too excited, i'd talk to a costa rican lawyer that specializes in this sort of thing. It may not be possible (legally).

The biggest problem after all the Costa Rica B. S. would definitly be findin the girls with as much passion as they have in Brazil. I don't think this will be easy.

Leave it there for 10 to 30 minutes before asking "What is your name?" Never ask for a tip. Never cover a penis before putting in your mouth. Phuck like he is the love of your life. Yes - but aren't we forgetting: After insisting client comes in your mouth, continue blowing him another five minutes, then go ten minutes OVER the clock making sure you get yourself off too... But I digress... Oh....and should client pop 15 minutes into a session, do everything in your power to get him off a second time in the same session... Just seven more weeks till trip #3 to bundaland...

That would be my business model. -PA Sound like a good plan. I, for one, would be happy to spend my $ in CR in such a place. When you figure a room at ZB is $200/night, I think your idea makes sense. Maybe offer some overnight rooms or be close to an "easy" hotel such as the Best Western Irazu....with free shuttle service. I think there is a lot of money to be made making sex EASY for the CR tourist.
