I need to buy a cheap cell phone to show ICE that it was bought in Costa Rica to be able to get a SIM card from them.
I'm looking for the cheapest piece of shit that you can find.

Any store in a "local" area will have a cheaper older model kicking around... I'd expect to pay at least $30-40 though. |

Why don't you just use your GF's? say that you bought it there, and get the chip activated. Then use the phone you bought in a REAL phone company... |
