Post subject:  Charged with Rape and Detained for over a Year
Hey guys I advised a friend on a last minute trip last week and he came back with a story he heard from some guy that goes by "resortes" or something like that. I wanted to know if this is true.

He said that there are some kind of new laws going into affect and for some reason blamed it on Hillary Clinton. Ok sounds suspicious but here it is.

He said some the girls can claim rape just to get back at you for whatever reason. If they do then you will be jailed without evidence and then will have to await trial. Because of the courts system in Costa Rica you can wait in jail for over a year. He claims he knows a guy this happened to and he has been sitting in jail for 18 months.

This is scary but wondered if anyone has ever heard this.

I'm sure you've spent enough time around Latinas to know just how volatile they can be. Whether there's is a reason or not can often be immaterial.

I seriously doubt that Mrs. Clinton has anything to do with such, and I speak as a Republican lawyer. Costa Rica, like some other nations, does practice "preventative detention" as the government investigates a crime. I regret that I do not know how long the government can hold you until you are charged or cleared.

Of course, as a man you already know that a woman can accuse you of sexual assault, e.g., rape, and complicate your life.

I doubt that Hillary had anything to do with it. Who would want to rape that?

They been doing that here in the states for along time. When I was young rape was a hanging offence in Va. Let a white girl point at a black guy and say he raped me, when I was a K*D. They would say!
