Anybody else getting the correspondence from the court reference receiving a settlement from Visa/Mastercard and others? They are offering 3 options for payment statrting w a $25 one time settlement. I think I will take option 2 which should be enough for a session at ZB. |

I got it 2 days ago. I was going to post this also. What option are you going to chose? For sure not the instant settlement. I will probably chose option B. dapanz1 |

I got 5 of them for some reason. Maybe I used 5 different cards while visiting CR over the last 3 years. I take the $25 and put it toward the airport taxi. |

option A $25 fixed refund. I definitely didn't go over $2500 total on all my cards. They refund 1% of whatever you estimate. |

That's true, they are the big winners. But I was part of a class action a couple years ago against Bausch & Lomb regarding contact lenses. I was able to prove (thru my eye doctor's records) that I bought x number of boxes of contacts and I received a check for like $300 and a coupon for a free eye exam. But you are right, the lawyers do very well. |

Dapanz was way over. Particularly if they count cash advances on Visa/MC debit cards. I've done $2500 in the Del Rey alone. ![]() dapanz1 |
