Post subject:  Tax question
Hey all,

I have a registered S.A. company and am wondering, do I have to file taxes if it has0 earnings and 0 expenses ? One accountant told me no, another one said I must even if I fill it with all zeros. Basically all my S.A. has is my condo under it.

I concur. My accountant told me the same. Regardless of amount of $ revenue, you still must file, even if revenue is $0.

Yup - you have to file - even if $0 - otherwise they think that you forgot to file.

Its the same as the US you have to file no matter what.
In general many of their laws are similar to the US, they were too lazy to to write something different, and if its not broken dont fix it right?. Excepting for prostitution etc
