Many U.S. health plans cover you outside of the country for emergency care only. They will not reimburse you for routine care unless your policy provides for it which is rare.
There is some confusion because both Clinica Biblica and Hospital Cima advise you they accept various US medical plans. That is true but the catch is your insurance coverage must be willing to pay for that to be of any value.
