I have just moved into and renovated a small mansion in the East part of San Jose.

It has 6 bedrooms, 7 baths, a bar, large commercial kitchen, a swimming pool, large dining rooms, gardens, patios, etc. A very large home that is perfect for entertaining. And I am there all by myself.

We have been renovating the house for the last three weeks, and are ready to have a housewarming type of party complete with food, drinks, and chicas from town who will come out for the fun,.....I will also make the bedrooms available for any of my guests to take a chica up for a session or two.

The party will get started this Sunday Nov 11th about 1 PM until whevever everyone leaves....perhaps 7 or 8 PM.

You will need a personal invitation from me to attend, You are welcome to bring a buddy or a amiga with you if you have one.

I have met and talked to about 35 chicas from town who have given me their phone numbers and said they would like to attend.

We will have food, and a cash bar with at least beer, soda, coffee, tea, and water for drinks. If you want anything stronger then perhaps you should BYOB of rum, whisky, vodka, etc....as we will have mixers for that.

I am a professional chef, and will be preparing some nice bocas and food dishes for the party.

For the chicas, whatever you can work out with them is what you can have your sessions for.
I am thinking of either charging perhaps a small donation at the door for admittance....like $ 10.00 per head for the guys, but free for the chicas.

And if you want to use one of the private bedrooms with bath for a session with your chosen chica, then I will probably want perhaps $ 10.00 for a donation to have the sheets, towels, and soap which will be provided.....as it will cost me money the next day to send them out for washing.
I am also planning on having security at the door, a bar tender, a maid-dishwasher, and such......local tico help to help things run smoothly....so there will be some expense there for me for that.

This is not for me to make any money.....as if I break even and have a good time for myself and my friends.....I will be a happy camper.

The directions are :
From Plaza del Sol shopping center (which is about 5 miles from downtown SJ and the Del Rey Hotel) go out East past Mall San Pedro....go another 2 miles until you come to Plaza del Sol shopping center on your left. You will see McDonalds and KFC....Kentucky Fried Chicken. Turn right between those two restaurants....go 100 meters or 1 block South......turn right again....go another 100 meters or 1 block to the end of the street (on a cule de sac....deadend) last house on the street on the right. Three stories...which with a rock retaing wall.

Please call me on my local cell phone at: 876-2715 for your personal invitation. The gate will be locked with security, and I would like to know who is coming out. I am easy....and there are no other limitations on who can attend.....gringos, ticos, chicas.....anyone who wants to party and have a good time.

The house and grounds is very large and should accomadate perhap 40 to 50 people.

Nice swimming pool....so bring your suits.
