Pac-55 where are yo-o-o-ou?

Has anyone encountered Pacifica55 within the last week? He sort of dropped off the radar.

Maybe he got disappeared (seriously). I've seen other posts on here where someone is looking for so and so plus a lady in my office has said she heard from her church group that a lot of Americanos end up missing in the C.R.. After having a very scary experience last year where I felt like I was being set up I see it very possible down there.

Someone last week posted a summary thru 2005 of all the Gringos slaughtered down there. Wonder if the State Dept. also keeps a list of those down there on tourist visas for 90 days who never returned. Yes some could just be staying illegally but would be interesting to see how many and to check back in U.S. if they are missing.

From all my visits seems most Ticos outside the seedy areas are honest and will look out after you however in the zones can hook up with any # of bad ones who are not looking out after your own well being.

Don't always need a wingman but real good to have some Ticos looking out after you even if it is the hotel staff or friendly bartender/server you could trust.

Right, he disappeared into the Del Rey.

P55 stopped posting some time back, but he was alive and well a couple of weeks ago. I assume that his priorities changed. I'm certain that if he wanted to make contact with us, he would have done just that. He probably just set his cell phone to vibrate, and, well you know what happens to him when he gets a vibrator in his hand.

As of last night, Pacifica was out in San Jose with his handpicked best I looked for him for a few hours but missed him by a few minutes. He was supposed to return to the U.S. today but knowing him, he might have extended once again
For those that don't know the man, I have to give him my highest praise for being an all around great guy. For those that do, you know what I mean.
