try this website

http://www.arcr.net/

they have regular seminars that are useful for a newbie to CR

yes, they will try to sell services, but I feel it is worthwhile to attend one of their seminars.

and, you may make some friends from your fellow attendees.

all state bars require cle usually 24 hours for every 2 years

Maryland, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Nebraska, South Dakota, Michigan, Hawaii, Alaska.

none of these states require CLE.

Anyway, face it, if you have a JD, all the Ethics instruction in the world is not going to help.

That National Bar Assn seminar is over $1000 for five days hotel at an unnamed hotel and unnamed location. What a rip.

Come to think of it, I will do a two day seminar for attorneys and want to be attorneys for only $500, which will include:

1. Ethics for professionals, including not telling Ticas passwords or handles.
2. Professionalism in holding your liquor and licker.
3. Sharing your Ticas without witholding evidence.
4. Informing Taxi drivers to use their Maria because you are law wise.
5. How to not be a butt of a lawyer joke.
6. How to behave in new situations such as entering the Blue Marlin the first time.
7. The importance of rat census takers in San Jose.
8. How not to select a special Tica to take to the beach for the weekend.
9. How not to fall in love with anybody, anywhere. (The dangers of domestic relations)
10. How to deal with fallen comrade who have found true love (even if she is your ex girlfriend).

any other suggested topics?

11. How, using your skills as a lawyer to never answer a question directly, to answer an RFM without either sending any money or destroying your relationship for your next visit.
