Anyone know of these services and if you've (with your US carrier) been able to latch onto these signals with your cell phone?

If you don't mind it, list your vendor of phone (Samsung), your carrier (e.g. Tmobile, etc), and how well it worked.

My ATT cell service works well but there is not internet service for email at all. This question was asked 6 months ago or so and several who live there say it is not available by any carrier yet.
