Last night I went to the DR-KL after playing poker at the Paradiso. Most people that know me,know that I rarely stay there after 9-10pm because I kind of get bored. My mother used to say that "anything you can do after midnight, you can do before then". Well, after having a glass of wine with Papichullo and friends at KL I walked over to the DR. Damned if I didn't find a cute Tica at 1am who was willing to accompany me back to Escazu for the VB rate of 25,000 colones. She was fun but I had to almost throw her out after 3am. Now I'm paying for the late night by staying home today and sleeping. I know most of you are younger than I am,BUT I still don't know how you get up the next day. Good night!

Actually, I'm not that big of fan of pulling the real late ones myself. Anytime I'm out past 2am I definitely feel it the next day. It's impossible for me to sleep past 7am in any of the hotels.

The remedy? About 6-8 cups of strong black coffee, a few cigarettes, a hearty breakfast, and then a couple of Heidi's double Bloody Mary's. Then a quick 45-minute romp at ZB or NF followed by 15 minutes in the steam room at the end.

Good as new!!!

I envy the 'larks' who get up bright eyed and bushy tailed day after day. I am, unfortunately, NOT one of the larks. I am an owl, even was (as much as I could get away with) as a Ch*ld. My solution to staying out late is sleeping late. It's just my normal rythmn, I come alive late at night.

Daytime guys get better prices, so I envy you, but I just can't fall asleep on cue at night, but Jesus! how well I sleep in the morning! I think I'm part vampire. My cue to go home is when the sky begins to get light around the edges. I know I have to hurry home to my casket before the sun strikes me.

I must be one of the lucky ones. When in CR it seems that no matter what time I fall asleep I wake up by 6:00am feeling refreshed and ready to go - that is of course unless I have too much vodka running through my veins - then I still wake up but feel like crap for a few hours.

Somehow CR invigorates me like nothing else. That will probably ware off eventually but for now its so nice.

I start with a morning session at NF or ZB at around nine or so. Then several more throughout the day and then finish up at Idem and to bed by midnight. I avoid the smoky bars and drinking too much and have never caught the cold that most seem to catch there.
especially on my last trip in July everybody was sick. I treat the trip like i am an athlete in training. The sex is better that way too.

As my wingman can attest I am famous for late night DR stealth runs. Alot of the harem has found there at night. I have found that alot of 125 ticas can be found for 60 at 3am. Now my secret is out and watch next weekend there are 40 Phucking gringos meeting me at the door

Now Vegas you are allowed anything in my book amigo. Your posts have kept me out of more crap than you know!

Roberto,

Welcome to my world while I am in CR. Hope you didn't lose your job at McDonald's just for being late this one time.

The "man" is losing it. Next he'll be getting a GF. Actually, I hope he loses his memory that I have to buy him a steak dinner if Russell Winstead is convicted.

i guess age hasnt caught me yet....nearing 50 but when i am (at home) i go to bed at 3 and i am up at 6.30 or seven ...but at home i never touch a drink and pu*sy is far and few ....but in san jose ...drinking all day and nite and walking the streets of 6th street and stops at zona blue , nf , east 61 and cha cha cha and other places that i love to tag along to with my friend who lives in san jose ...the nites are even worse since it hard for me to pull the trigger early as i find some good deals late (after 2 and 3 am ) in many places even dr ...as there isnt many buyers that late , with all the stops of the many bars that i see bilko at ...as he says he is a nite owl and i see him out alot .....maybe once i hit 50 it will be like i hit a wall..but i feel the same as i did when i was 30....its just now if i want young pu*sy i pay for it ....

I for one can stay up 'till 3 -4 AM or even later as I have a warm tender hot sexy body next to mine.

Or, if I am having a superb time dancing, playing cards, hanging out with special pals, or perhaps if an extremely good movie is on the Tube.

However, I will obviously need at least a two hour nap during the day...

I guess it's called GETTING OLD!!!!

But it is surely a lot of FUN getting there!

Up early and out late but a 2 hour mid day nap is necessary.

I think VB needs to do more of the late night stuff, maybe too much to drink or even other things. That way, his his age and slowing loss of 'intellectual capacity' would hurt him at the poker table. I'm still scared to sit down across the green from him after that last episode in our weekly poker game where he took me from chip leader to out in like three hands
