This happens in every country where you have a number of gringos that catch the attention of the local ladies. I can't tell you how many barfights I had to break up between local Taiwanese guys and westerners (my staff) when these guys girlfriends kick them to the curb for a westerner. They see the westerners as having more potential and we treat women much better. Same case when I was living in Indonesia and Japan. And plenty of times in Mexico. Why Latinos in general care at all I can't imagine. I never met a latin guy that did not have a wife and at least two novias. Doctor or taxidriver, its the way it's done there. Novia or not, they will be banging another tica within a week. |
