I was negotiating with a Tica at the DR in May, needless to say she wanted a cien. After about 3 minutes she called me Loco and left. Man!

So can some of you NEGOTIATING VETS help out with some useful negotiating skills? Maybe it would help us new guys out.

Talk to a lot of different girls, figure out what your bottomline price is and wait them out. Normally, the proce goes down as it gets later.

also consider that 10pm-1am is prime time when the place is packed
a smart girl should willing to do a quickie early and still make it back for the big rollers
after 1pm as the crowd starts to drop off
the 4-6 girls who have not got a hit start to get anxious
not sure about the hotties who have already turned 3-4 80-cien tricks

I tried negociating 80 for several colombianas on my last trip with no success during prime time in the DR. But several were willing to go for 80 the next day during off-peak hours(3-6pm)

Do the ticas at SL start at $100 too? Only was there for breakfast and around noon (stayed at HDR). Heard they also (provided availability) rent rooms for $25 per hour. But have no confirmation of this.

They all ask for a Cien no matter what time of day it is in the DR. I never argue, but I never approach a Tica I would not pay a Cien for. When they ask for a Cien I always counter with " 2 hours and BBBJ". If they say cool were gone 8) If they do not agree (with either) I say okay 80. That is where we usually compromise on. Some even go for 60 after that. And remember I would have given her a Cien :D Hope this helps.

Alot of it is just luck. I always found the Colombiana's would easily go down to 80$, and some 70$ with a bit of talking. I always just put out what I want. If your picking a hottie at 7-8, ensure her you only want one hour or whatever, and she can head on back.

Its a bit of give a little get a little. But definitly no said guidebook

One of the hottest columbian girls went with a friend to the Morazon for 80 bucks. I started the conversation by explaining that he was very excited about her and was willing to pay the "normal" 100 but there was one problem. He was staying at a friends house that was 35 minutes away. I explained that by the time they went there and back almost two and a half hours will have passed. She agreed that wasn't a good idea. I told her that he was not rich but would like to work out something, If she wanted , they could go to the Morazon and get a room for 20 and he could pay her 80. Faster than I could finish explaining , she said. "Bueno." The room turned out to be 25 but he told me the next day that he had a great time and She was very sweet. I was really surprised that she went because another guy had told me two weeks before he had been with her for 3 nights for 300 a night. I have found with many of them that they will let you talk them into a lower price. They are often offering stories so you can offer them one too. A lot of time the cein is a pride thing. If you get them away from their friends , and give them some reason or another, they will lower their price or agree for the same price for a longer time.

although I recognized the difference with the " - "

IMHO kind of infringing on a long time member (Dec. '05)

I am sure no harm was meant but I can understand the confusion..Just send a PM to Admin1 and request it, then shout out to the board your handle change. I am sure it will be appreciated

Cien is spanish for one hundred. On CRT, we typically refer to cien as the amount that some (err... most) chicas in DR now ask for for one hour or one pop (whichever comes first). But I'll be fair, there are some who don't ask for cien. They ask for $150 or even $200 for an hour.
