Post subject:  New gifts/trade items

As some of you know, I have successfully bartered really cheap MP3s for many times their value in chica services, but as it has been the better part of a year since my last trip to SJO (Yikes!) I'm wondering as to the enduring appeal of these little beauties as a trade item.

So, with that in mind can you guys tell me what the girls have been requesting as gifts from you lately? They must be small, easily transportable, and something of a "prestige" item or something not easily available there.

Any of you clowns who say money or diamond rings will incur my enduring ire!

I would appreciate a few new ideas as well - I actually cycled back around to Victoria Secrets miniatures again this past trip after trying out a few other things for a while (candles, scented mineral bath packs, lip gloss, mints, etc.). But I've found they're really pretty much happy with anything.

As for specific requests, TOTM Karina actually surprised me last trip by asking to take some pics of a specific part of my anatomy (and here I thought she just liked my smile... ). Hey - there's an idea - have some casts made like you see advertised on the porn channel at Sportsmen's! Not sure it would fit all of Shadowman's criteria however...

Pocket Rockets are always a big hit. They are small, easily transportable and while available in San Jose they are expensive. Relatively cheap in the US when ordering by mail from discount sites.

Not really when talking about the real thing (Doc Johnson Pocket Rocket). The cheap knock-offs can be gotten online for like $4 each. The real thing runs about $17-18. The cheap ones don't last long.

I was thinking of soemthing with more perceived value. The beauty of using the MP3's were that they cost me between $25-35 and could be bartered into services for the entire evening. A Pocket Rocket won't do that.

I was thinking possibly about watches too, but I expect the girls are too savvy about crap jewelry. electronics are a big mystery to them though!

This gift dilemma has always been a problem for me as well. I do bring gifts for the bebes of some favorite chicas, but I am truly at a loss when it comes to knowing what to bring the chicas. I've heard all the usual suggestions, like lingerie from Victoria's Secret, etc. But I know I would not choose the right thing or even get the proper size.

Last June, I felt bad when I was giving toys to a favorite chica's bebe, and the chica asked me "what did you bring me?"

A watch is something I have considered, as was mentioned by Shadow. Perhaps a TIMEX,which seems to be a step above the well marketed CASIO, that I see in store windows everywhere in San Jose. I, for one would welcome any suggestions. :?

Portable DVD Player . Cost $70 and up. On my first trip, One girl asked if she could have mine instead of cash. I had paid $70 for it so that worked for me since she had stayed the night.

Try bringing them a designer purse, or designer wallet. Chica's definitely know that Louis Vuitton or Gucci or Prada stuff is very expensive, but they can't tell the difference between a real or a fake. And you can buy fake purses / wallets in just about any major city, from guys selling this stuff on the sidewalks in most busy metro areas.

For $25 or $30, you can buy a nice Louis Vuitton purse & matching wallet. Give it to your favorita, and watch her eyes light up. Just tell her that you were in N.Y. City on business, and you decided to "splurge" on her. If you play it right, it's very easy to get a TLN or a TFDS (todo fin de semana) out of that one! YMMV, but trust me on this one......... But I would advise you to "feel her out" on it first. Some of the younger chica's do not know much about 'designer' products.

I haven't done this in quite a while, but last year (2 different trips) I negotiated a TLN from one Colombiana, and a TFDS from a Tica. In an email, I told the Colombiana that I had a surprise gift for her (a Louis Vuitton purse) fake of course, but she didn't know it. I bought it in Cabo San Lucas for $30. She promised me a real "dirty" TLN when I got to CR if I would give it to her, and she kept her promise. Now, I'll see her every 2 or 3 months, walking the beat in the BM, and she still carries that purse, and I'll still get a smile and a kiss from her. We don't session anymore, she's just a good Colombiana amiga.

Three months and two trips later, I spent a weekend at the beach with a Tica, and we got on the subject of designer stuff, and she told me that she loved Prada stuff, but couldn't afford it. And when I told her that I would be willing to buy her a "real" Prada bag in exchange for another weekend at the beach with her, she jumped at the mere mention of it. For $50 in Las Vegas, I got a nice (fake) Prada purse and matching wallet. I brought it for her, and we had another awesome weekend together a la playa. I saw her a few weeks later, on a following trip, but I haven't seen her since. Her phone was disconnected, and no return e-mails. I felt so used!!!

Here's the solution to the dilemna- take them NOTHING! Not like we're talking about our "girlfriends" here for Christ's sake- besides most of them are already spoiled rotten. Chica wear a watch? That's a funny notion. MuchoGusto I'm gonna turn you into the Feds for passing off those fake purses for sex, you should be ashamed.
And if you don't know what a pocket rocket is what do you think GOOGLE was invented for? :)
