I thought I'd share this information with the members of this site, as someone here could really beneirt from it and what a great place to do so.

I am here in Jaco Full time, and stay friends with every business owner, local folks, other tour operators, and everyone around here, so I am always in the know about the goings on here in the local scene.

The new Owners of the Beatle Bar are holding an open contest to help come up with a new Beatle Bar Logo. The winning submission will get a 3 night stay in a luxury 2 bedroom Jaco Beach front Condo, and , and a $50.00 Beatle bar tab. Total value of this prize package is worth over $1000.00

If you or anyone you know is a graphic designer, this is a great chance to win big fr your talents. I have talked extensively to the Owners, and here is what they are looking for. A sexy, classy, upscale logo that incorporates the words Beatle Bar. Maybe the sillouhette of a sexy lady with flowing hair, palm trees, or whatever. Get creative. Also, in smaller letters under the logo, it should say Jaco, Costa Rica.

The artwork should be done in Illustrator or a format that allows the logo to be compatible with all types of media for reproduction in T-shirts, print, promotional items, embroidery, etc. For further rules of the contest or to submit your rendition,you can email me at travel2costarica@gmail.com
