Did a search for NF. As I suspected, they have never seen him in Costa Rica either.

According to this valuable resource, it was updated 9 May 2008. Which doesn't answer the question as to how often it is updated.

You must have not been keeping up with the threads here. NF is traveling incognito because various (unnamed) nefarious organization are tracking his whereabouts.
