Ted White is a man from Lee's Summit Mo that was railroaded to jail for Ch*ld molestation that he was innoccent of. You can do a search about this in this forum. I am just doing an update on this poor guy because he just atteneded a conference in Mo about the misscarriages of justice. He tells his story about his wife having an affair with a Lee's Summit Mo Detective. The story also appears in the Lees Summit Tribune. You can also read more on line at http://www.cmsu.edu . Go to the calendar of events and click on Feb 20 and then click on Miscarriages of Justice. I only bring this up because i thought some might be interested in what has happened to the guy so far. So far he has a 100 million lawsuit ongoing and the Detective that had the affair with his wife and lied on the stand(according to the info i have read) is still with the police department of Lee's Summit Mo as a dayime patrol officer. Nothing so far has been done about the prosecuter knowing that the detective was having an affair and then letting him testify agaisnt the accused. Ted White says that he was severely beaten while in jail in CR, I remember that some regular posters at this site were not happy with me posting about this but the truth is the truth. I am not trying to disparage CR at all. I enjoy every trip!!!!!!! |
