Remember a pub called Raffas or something like that? It was a fairly high class pub with big windows, lots or wood, an upstairs atrium. It was located a little bit outside the gulch on one of the various side streets. I remeber it from 91, but I heard that it had closed and wondered why, it was up market, like a pub in the US, had some sweet waitresses and female bartenders and it was completely legit as I recall. Any one know what happened?

I don't remember any pub by that name but maybe it didn't fair to well since they were "legit" ?
