I am looking for a recommend real estate agent or two? I am interested in buying a condo, casa or land for investment purpose. Also, the name(s) of reliable real estate lawyer would be appreciated. Any one willing to share any experiences they may have had in this area would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! |

The best real estate atty is Rafael Canas and Facio Abogados. 011-506-201-8700. As far as agents, it all depends on where you want to be. For upside, I would suggest Guanacaste. With the expansion of the new airport in Liberia, the area has really taken off. The other huge draw would be a marina. There is a new marina planned in Papagayo, Coco and Flamingo. My vote goes to Flamingo and the best investment potential over the next few years. |
