I've tried three shareware programs and was only able to capture a few tracks and had my computer get adware put on it...so I'm looking to go in another direction.

I see that the entire Pimsleur package is available at ebay as an audiofy chip?

What is that? Is it something I can plug in and burn CD's off of with no problem?

That's expensive. The files are on the chips which you put in the USB Chip Player (plugged into your USB port). Looks like their price includes the USB Chip Player but why pay almost $400 for all of that but you can transfer the files to your CDs or mp3 player if thats what you want.

For cheaper... you can use http://www.torrentspy.com to search for Pimsleur Spanish and use Bit Torrent from http://www.download.com/BitTorrent/3000-2196_4-10601590.html?tag=lst-0-3 to download Pimsleur Spanish. You can burn them to CDs or burn to your mp3 player. Voila.

Make sure you scan your hard drive for viruses and trojan horses pre and post download as a precaution.

To save time here are the steps:

1. First download Bit Torrent 5 to your hard drive here :

2. Go here http://www.torrentspy.com/torrent/24759 ... _Spanish_1

Click "Download torrent" --> save to your Bit Torrent software.

3. Open Bit Torrent. Click "File" then "Add bit torrent" then the files will start downloading.

I'm pretty sure I got from fooling around on these file sharing sites.

So I was wondering if there is any free and trustworthy security software that I can download in order to run before and after using bit torrent.
