Where can I find out how to comment on photos and reply to posts, while showing a quote?

When you view a picture, on the right side of that picture, there is an icon of person (second icon down) click on that and you can type a comment.

There are two ways to show a quote when replying. If you want to quote the entire post just click on the quote box on the upper right hand side of the original post. If you want to quote a line or two from a post just copy want you want post, click on the quote box which is on the header, it also includes B i u then quote, paste the copy and then click the quote box to close it.

An easier way to quote a portion of somebody post is to click the QUOTE button in the upper right hand corner and then deleting whatever part of the quote you don't want to show. Whatever is left in between the "tags" will be shown as a quote.
