WTF? is anything free in CR for the tourist type? Oh, how about the free drinks dispensed in the New York Bar when the bell is rung? No, no, you have to already have bought another of the same type. anybody ever gotten some free stuff? |

Olneymm: Not exactly but close. There were two of them they had come into town from outlying area on the bus had made no money and it was late at night win I ran across them. It was not free I did buy them some dinner and breakfast. I gave them $35 so they could get home. Lee |

Californicationdude: It does not cost anything to set on a bench in front of of the national theater and watch a unique culture walk by. Most hotels offer free computer use. Some hotels offer a free breakfast. It doesn't cost anything to set in the lobby of the Del Rey and look at the girls. It could be that I just have a very low threshold of entertainment. Lee |

I actually did get a free drink at the NY bar one time and no, there was no bell being rung. Managed to get a free pack of smokes from the Horseshoe one time but, attendent made sure I was out of ciggies first. Later, SB |
