Ecuador is going to be a hard team to beat. They did very well against Poland and it is hard to believe that CR has the talent to keep up

Costa Rica vs Ecuador in futbol should be a go game but I don't think the Tico's can handle Ecouador defense which is like a brick wall while the Tico's defense is suspect on the right side Fonseca's side he sucks :x :x :x :x

1-0 at the half, I can't believe I'm watching Soccer at 9AM in the morning in the office....

I think CR should have gotten laid they look a bit backed up......

one more thing.. Is it not Wanchop"E" with a highlight on the E.. I seem to recall that was how it was pronounced when we went to the game last year....

The announcers have continually called hime wanchope no accent its pissing me off...

If you think watching the game at 9am is early, try watching it at 7am our time, especially since the Ticos are losing at the half.To make matters worse AMNET is messed up with channel 6 which is broadcasting the game. Oh well maybe it's for the best that we can't see what's going on.

Oh well,as my friend Handy would say "stick a fork in them, they're done". However now on TV the Ticos are dancing in the streets with a band playing. WHAT A COUNTRY!!!! Imagine if they had won. CR is known for their pu*sy and not their football.

Guys...give me a break! Watching the game at 7:00 or 9:00 in the morning is nothing. Four years ago the games were in South Korea.
Most of the games, including Costa Rica's, STARTED at 4:00 or 5:00 in the
morning if I'm not mistaken. I remember watching a couple of them.

Now that the game is over, better luck with Poland then, and hopefully the tico defence will be tighter , hopefully...

Go CR Go . 8)

Wasn't expecting CR to win , but on a related note , I have met quite a number of folks from Ecuador here in N America as well as in central America, on average they are comparable in height with ticos..... in other words, on the short side.

The dudes playing for Ecuador were rather big
