"The constitutional court rejected the proposed tax plan Wednesday because of the way members of the legislative assembly passed it the first time. The court did not take a position on the plan itself." This is the first paragraph of AM Costa Rica this morning. I had a feeling that there might be an 11th hour change or interpretation. I guess it's not a dead deal, but think it will be hard to pass now. |
