Well, we've always referred to CR as our 'Adult Disneyland'.
Now, it looks like CR might "actually" be home to Disneyland! :shock:

From today's Inside Costa Rica:

Could The Rumour Be True? Disney in Costa Rica?
Costa Rica is the only country that is being considered by the The Walt Disney Company for a television travel and adventure series called Adventures by Disney, which will be filmed in six countries; Italy, England, France and Canada.

Lisa Haines, vice-president of Disney Parks and Resort, explained to the weekly financial newspaper El Financiero, that the local company Horizontes will be contracted for the Latin segment.

Of course, the production depends on the people at Disney being satisfied with the quality of services. A team will be in Costa Rica from June to October of this year.

There hotels are being tested for customer service, the Marriott, Kioro Arenal and El Parador in Quepos.

6 months from now, you'll be so bogged down with your ball and chain, and all of your obligatory honey-do's, you won't even remember the SL, Presidente or the DR ! :P But do us ALL a favor..... Don't re-produce! One Sparky in this world is more than enough! :twisted:

Yeah first we import business & call it progress next we import attitude & then everybody is on antidepressants before long. Somehow I don't see this as progress?? :evil: We market everything in the USA but Pu$$y that we reserve for special treatment like major mind games with specially trained professionals they call attornies.
