Yes it does happen more than we might think but that is no reason to jeopardize the chicas employment by discussing it in an open forum.
Whether you believe it or not the owner of a business has the right to set certain rules and the employees has the right to either accept those rules and be employed there or to refuse to abide by the rules and find employment elsewhere.
This has been discussed many times in the past here and the general consensus seems to be that we do not want to put the girls job at risk by offering her outside employment. She is vulnerable because of monetary pressures and at the end of your time in SJ you go home and forget about her while she struggles to find new employment.
Be fair to the girls and do not tempt them to take the chance in losing their job.
