I have been up and down,

Started at 318 now at 300, making a big push in August. As usual let the birthday parties, finding out I was going to be a dad, and the neverending stream of goodfellaz to party with distract me.

300 is about 35 to 40 pounds from my optimum weight. I ran a marathon 6 yars ago at 262 and could not really get much lighter without losing stamina. I am very happy under 270.

Avoid all those temptations BK. I'll be there in a couple weeks to take long morning walks with you. I hope you can keep up.

Why don't I take a cheese steak, tie it on the end of a stick and place it in front of BK before your walk. He'll go to Panama and back.

After 9 weeks, I weighed in at 178.6. Down 24.4 lbs. Last week, I lost 4.2 lbs (7 workouts that week), but this past week I gained .2 lbs (only 2 workouts and ate more bad food).

I have 10 days to lose 3.6 lbs to reach my goal (175).

Okay, everyone report in how you did. I lost 24 pounds from 318 down to 298. Nice to be under three bills again. I still need to drop another 40 to hit my goal. My percentage loss was 7.54%. I will take input until Friday 5pm EST and then declare the winner.

+1 In the spirit of the contest, may I report that JazzboCR the Comparative Shrimp has shed 9 pounds , using only a reduced-calorie diet (so no added muscle mass).
And Brother BKTuna will be holding the $50 I'd promised for the winner to claim--it will be available as of next Tuesday PM.

I dropped from 203 to 176, so that's 27 lbs in 10 weeks. Besides the weight loss, I definitely toned up and could see muscle again.

After my CR trip last week, I gained back 4 lbs (I didn't work out all week), so I'm at 180 right now. I like this weight, but I need to buy new clothes. I have a 34" waist again. My friggin pants fell down at security at the airport when I took my belt off.
