Yep, ALWAYS make them think you are broke, have no assests, and earn very little, whether here in CR or in the states!! 4 divorces-less than $1000 in total (everything) cost!! Hell with one that insisted we buy a house, I even made her buy the house before we were married (It was solely in her name) and I paid her half the payment every month--divorce time, no problem, she got the house (and all the monthly payment)!!

By the way; 4 marriages = many, many dollars in costs WHILE married!!  . P4P by the hour in Costa Rica is much less expensive  :!:   and much more pu*sy for the buck spent :D  :!:

So if a Tica says she's pregnant from you, does a man just believe a Tica on her word? Do paternity tests have any relevance in the court system in Costa Rica. God forbid I go to back to CR and I am accused of fathering a Ch*ld.

In my opinion, only a real dummy would take a chicas word for it without a test (even if he had been seeing her on a regular bases. I have a friend here who was accused of being the father by his "novia" even though she knew he had had the "fix".

Yes, paternity tests DO have relavance in the courts here! Only problem (as is so often the case anywhere, anytime someone accuses someone else of something) is that you have to pay the $5-6 hundred for the test even if she is proved wrong, as in the case of my friend!!

My understanding is that if the named father disputes the allegation from the chica he can ask for, and will be granted even over the objections of the chica, a DNA test. I have been told that under those circumstances there is no charge for the test. However, even if there is a charge for the test it is far cheaper then 18 years of Ch*ld support.

I do not know the law, nor how it works, but I do know that my friend had to pay for the test even though it clearly showed he could not possible be the father. But you are 100% correct in that it is much cheaper than 18 years support!!!

I would think it good advice to NOT just believe on their word. No matter where the girl is from/lives. Including the good ole USA. And to not be put in this situation... BBBJ okay... sin condon alli abajo, no okay.

You are lucky SR, today most US divorce lawyers do a comprehensive asset search especically the public employee pension. Coulda, woulda, shoulda: cold hard cash (US Currency) in a secret floor or wall safe is where I would put assets.

I have come to the conclusion a steady diet of anything gets old. Stay married too long, gets old. Always p4p, and you forget what it's like to have a woman taking your hot load because she's crazy for you. So the solution? 5 to 7 years of marriage, followed by some years single, until you're sick of it. Then marry again. Married 4,5,6 times? Who cares? As long as you play your cards right with the finances. Or you can spend everything you have, so there's nothing to give up at divorce time. Pension? Yeah, bummer. My ex of 18 years will eventually get about $800/month when I stop working. But that's peanuts really. Other than that, I don't owe anybody anything.

I married a brasileira - non p4p girl - and couldn't be happier. She just got her green card, 2.5 years to the day after I put in the first paperwork. A ream of paperwork, three interviews, several medicals and two finger print sessions later, she's a legal resident. Homeland Security is out of control. But after getting accustomed to the Brazilian ass, I knew I'd have to import one.

No regrets...yet! Lol!
