There are some interesting points raised whether or not to send $$ to Chicas. I tend to agree wit Ruff, VB ext. These girls are great at manipulating. After hearing story after story, it seems 9 times out of 10 the gringo wishes he never sent the cash.
I have a sarcastic solution. When the urge comes to send the chicas money, use that cash for another trip to CR. Think that 100 could get you two sessions or a 3some at ZB.

Question is, just where do you want to be in her "play with his pay" cycle? Yes, I'm speculating here; trying to imagine what goes on, on the other end.

I wonder how many of these "survival" checks end up going for a big party, for the whole family and friends, or to take someone special out to the fanciest restaurant in town?

These people are _young_ -- this is how young people view money. Spend it to have fun!

I'll say again, differently: The idea that any particular payment is going to keep her bod off the market for any significant amount of time is questionable: If she likes the work reasonably well, can hit it and quit it, and the marginal payment to her is greater than her marginal "cost" of supplying it, why shouldn't she go back in for another Gringo, whenever she feels like it? Especially with that daring and irresistable attitude of hers that snagged YOU! (In fact, if your extra cash helps her stay "fresh", she might be even more "irresistable".)

Or, even sort of involuntarily might the money vanish. We know that younger pros in the States usually blow all their money day to day, and don't start saving it up to retire until they get older. Think Latinas track their savings from week to week ("saving up for the rent") any more diligently than those US hotties?

The pressure to have fun now with that handful of cash is so much greater than the worry about paying the rent when it comes around in two weeks.

Of course, all of this is great warmup should any of us get roped in by the long game of the chica gunning for the m-word. I trust all the brothers will be mobilized to provide some downfield blocking for that escape, as they never seem to do here in the States. ("Oh, I'm so happy for you both." -- (Barf, puke...) Some friend, huh? Brainwashed zombie, actually.)

I have posted a similar story about a Tica asking 4 money in a previous post. It was called,"You can't turn a whore into a housewife."

I have to admit that when I was there, this Tica really made me feel good and almost made me believe that she cared 4 me. I used to IM her online and spoke to her a few times on the phone. After I told her that I didn't have the money to spare, she stopped calling me. I saw her pop up on my instant messenger about a week later and she pretended that she didn't know me after countless Im's and a few phone calls. Scam Scam Scam.

I know some of us feel lonely or have bad relationships back home and we go there and these girls make us feel special and we try to fool ourselves into thinking that this one might be different even though we still have doubts if it is a scam or not. We hope it's not a scam but we in our hearts know it is. Yet some of us are so lonely that we try anyway. You just have to get it into your mind that these women are whores. You can never change them. Just go there and have a good time. Who would realistically want to have an ex-whore for a wife. I think none of us would, yet lonelyness can make us believe otherwise.

Cr is a great place for mongering ONLY! You have to go there with only the intentions of having fun. Nothing else. This is NOT the place to look for a wife or serious girlfriend. Do not let them scam you and prey on your lonliness into believing otherwise.

First some introduction.. I have not been to CR yet.. but am a regular of the DR.. some of you already know me in person or from Jimmy's board..

A lot of the stories are similar when comparing the DR and CR.

On the WU-ing of girls while you are in the US..

1) She didn't die before you were there
2) She will not die when you are away
3) She will welcome you back with open arms when you return

So as a result I see no upside on this..

Just remember:

1) Ask for their number so they won't have a contact point to trace you
2) Call them again a week or so before going to CR again.. she will be happily waiting for you

If you really want to help out (which is an understandable human emotion and one I don't knock):

1) In general.. donate to a trusted charity like the church..
2) In specific cases.. bring a suitcase full of scarce or expensive goods, like household utensils or electronics and give those to the mother of the house.. not to the girl!
3) while there.. in general try to only pay for entertainment but if you must only buy clothes at the start of your stay so she can wear them for you..

These methods are tried and trusted and will bring you the goodwill of the local people, while leaving you free to conduct a business transaction with all of the young and avialable pu*sy you can get your hands on..

I had contact with 2 girls after returning - neither asked for money and I was actually very surprised. I wouldn't have given it to either of them.

I'm going back on the 23rd of August so I emailed one of them - she is in Nic, but low-and-behold she is returning to SJ (met her in Jaco) on the 23rd as well (very funny!).

Not all of them ask for $$$ - just most of them. How did I get so lucky?

I'm a softy - I'm thinking Ted Bundy thought he was a softy as well - so I'm glad no one has tested me. I'd probably help someone that is verifibly not and never had been a puta so obviously I don't want to met any normal non-puta types.

Let me add a couple of reasons. #1 they make more & #2 they may not want anyone to know what they are doing & would not do this at home. This is what I believe is so cool about CR it has become a beacon for Latinas that have thought of doing this but where afraid of local reprisals where they live. Some I have even found wanted to be young wild & free & had a fantasy about doing this. Will they regret it some day who knows all I know it was a great time I believe for both of us.

You even see this in CR with the Ticas. They make up excuses with their families where they are from to go to San Jose & the whole time they know they are going to pop into the Del Rey for a quick buck (phuck). This is what makes this place a paradise for the smooth operator (Sade) that cherry picks this so to speak.

Anyway I know from detailed conversations with many that this is the case. This is why I love the place as it is the greatest fishing expedition on planet Earth too me. It can change on a dime. It is an emotional roller coaster minute by minute as I have been so bummed for maybe 2 hours not finding what I am looking for & bam there she is, just walked in! What you can reel in is unreal it is all how you polish the game. YMMV

Zippy hit it on the head. In fact, my old g/f's mother thinks she is in Switzerland!!! But, the reason they all come to CR is for much better money and they wouldn't think of doing this in their home country.
