How are you guys doing so far? I do not weight he first week or so, but I have lost around 5-8 lbs. Managed to make it through an evening at the SL withut eating bad or drinking.

Well I am not concentrating on winning...I just need to get my fat ass in fighting form. A comment Jimmy made yesterday really pissed me off...he said I looked like the triplet of Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum in the new Alice in Wonderland...if that's not incentive enough..I dont know what is!

I wish you all the best. I have lost 38 lbs since Jan 4th of this year. Almost totally gave up sodas and salt. Did a life change instead of a diet. I watch what I eat but most important keep my daily calorie at about 1500 calories and keep my salt intake about the same number, 1500 mg. It has actually been easy. For info, I started at 206 and now at 168.
